OUR SERVICES

Ayurveda always focuses on conscious perception, sensitivity to the diverse influences that promote or disturb the balance of life forces.

Since there are always new combinations of influences in each and every one of us, no general rules can be established. Nevertheless, there are a variety of methods that have been developed that we can use in everyday life or for a certain number of days within an Ayurveda cure.

You will find a selection of them below.

We offer both one-day packages and multi-week cures for specific body processes such as stress reduction, relaxation and cleansing.

dr Sreenath Pulinthara and his experienced team look forward to seeing you!
